Weekly costs have been determined based on the following assumptions: 1) The lease is a Oly fully maintained lease, 2) A 5 year term, 3) A residual value of 28.13% of the vehicle purchase price payable at the end of term, 4) Inclusion of finance and budgeted costs for: fuel or electricity, 4 replacement tyres, maintenance, roadside assistance, registration, CTP and comprehensive insurance, 5) Gross annual salary is $90,000. 6) Vehicle purchased in QLD, 7) 15,000km per annum, 8) Salary Sacrifice using Employee Contribution Method (ECM). The Fringe Benefits Tax Exempt Method is only used for eligible electric vehicles under the luxury car tax threshold of $91,387. The indicative price quoted for the novated lease is based on vehicle quotations received within the last 45 days and does not include any optional extras. Any optional extras that you choose will affect the cost of the novated lease and residual value. If you purchase the vehicle on termination of the novated lease, GST will apply on the purchase price you pay at that time. The novated lease offer is based on the assumption outlined above, and is an indicative cost approximation of the selected vehicle and model shown and the amounts may change at the time the novated lease quotation is completed and finalised. Your individual circumstances have not been taken into account as this will affect the overall weekly cost amount and the benefits of a novated lease. These specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. From 1 April 2025, a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle will not be considered a zero or low emissions vehicle under the FBT legislation. However, you can continue to apply the exemption if both the following requirements are met: 1) Use of the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle was exempt before 1 April 2025. 2) You have a financially binding commitment to continue providing private use of the vehicle on and after 1 April 2025. For this purpose, any optional extension of the agreement is not considered binding.

1. Employees of a company utilising the Novated Lease/Salary packaging services of one of the McMillan Shakespeare Group of Companies (Maxxia, Interleasing, Remserv or Oly) (MMS) settling a Vehicle Novated Lease Purchasing contract (Consumers) are eligible for a cashback redemption offer from Hyundai Motor Company Australia (Hyundai) for selected Hyundai new stock vehicles which are purchased AND delivered in the Consumer’s own name between the dates of 1st October 2024 and 31st December 2024 or while eligible stock’s last (Promotional Period) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Redemption Offer). The cashback redemption amount applicable to each eligible vehicle is:

2. The Redemption Offer applies to new Hyundai vehicles purchased from an authorised Hyundai Dealer by an individual consumer, through a Novated Lease product via an MMS company ONLY. All other buyers and RDA types, including, private, ABN holders, other fleet buyers, government authorities and agencies or persons acquiring vehicles for business or commercial purposes, and hail-damaged vehicles, are excluded from the Redemption Offer.

3.The Redemption Offer can only be redeemed once per vehicle purchase, cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and is not transferable to any other person.

4. Hyundai will not be responsible for any redemption claims that are lost during transmission or are illegible when received by Hyundai. Incomprehensible and illegible redemption claims, and accompanying documents will be deemed invalid and the consumer will be notified.

5. The redemption claim must be received by Hyundai within 3 months of the date of delivery of the vehicle. Hyundai will not accept any claims or pay any Redemption Offer if the redemption claim is received by Hyundai greater than 3 months after the date of delivery of the vehicle.

6. The consumer must be an employee of a company that offers a Novated Lease employee purchasing scheme through one of the McMillan Shakespeare group of companies – Maxxia, Interleasing, Remserv or Oly.

7. The vehicle purchase will be reconciled with a settlements list as provided by MMS, on a weekly basis.

8. The consumer must submit the following information with their cash back redemption application: copy of signed dealer sales contract, copy of the vehicle registration certificate, copy of MMS settlement letter and copy of driver’s licence.

9. Upon verification of identity, confirmation of vehicle purchase, validation of MMS Novated Lease purchase and registration of vehicle in claimant’s name, Hyundai will process the redemption claim and send the consumer payment via EFT (only) for the amount of the Redemption Offer.

10. Hyundai reserves all rights to refuse or reject any claims for the Redemption Offer if Hyundai determines or is of the reasonable opinion that the claimant does not meet or comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Consumers under the age of 18 must obtain the written permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to make a claim under this Redemption Offer.

12. Hyundai reserves the right to request consumers to provide Hyundai with any additional proof of identity, proof of purchase of a vehicle or other evidence Hyundai reasonably requires establishing the validity of the claimant’s Redemption Offer claim, and to reject any claim for the Redemption Offer if the claimant is unable to satisfy any such requests.

13. Hyundai reserves the right to reject any claims if Hyundai has reasonable grounds to suspect that the claimant has tampered with the claims process, a claimant submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the claimant has, in the reasonable opinion of Hyundai, engaged in conduct in making the claim which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of Hyundai.

14. The Redemption Offer or the legal or beneficial interest in the Redemption Offer cannot be transferred or assigned and cannot be redeemed for anything other than payment by cheque made payable by Hyundai to the consumer which can take up to 8 weeks to process and deliver.

15. Hyundai reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time (including during the Promotional Period) to cancel, suspend, terminate, amend or modify this Redemption Offer and these Terms and Conditions in any way (including but not limited to changing the eligible vehicles and the amount of the applicable Redemption Offer).
